Free Cancellation within 24 hours, Booking Fee applies thereafter
Please keep in mind that once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with a carrier, and truck routes are determined. As a result, carriers must be compensated for losses resulting from cancellations.
Once your reservation has been booked, we provide a complimentary window of 24 hours to cancel your reservation, free of charge. We kindly request that the cancellation be submitted by phone or in writing within this time frame. Your Booking Fee is non-refundable for all customer-requested cancellations after this time period.
As a courtesy, a Booking Fee credit will remain on file and may be applied towards a future move, as long as the move is picked up within twelve (12) months of your initial booking date, and the move is still one that is arranged by Native Van Lines.
